Coke Florida is looking for an Inventory Control Manager to work out of our Tampa location Monday - Friday, 4AM start time until finish. What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory system accuracy, data integrity, local level audit controls and inventory levels (DSI) to prevent product and/or raw material from out-of-stocks. Role Responsibilities:
Provide training, leadership and expertise to the Inventory associates supporting inventory cycle count and control in daily activities
Provide Inventory control training to the site Operations Management, Planning and Finance Teams. Advise and participate in Operational decisions/processes with Site Leadership as required.
Lead and Manage Projects assigned by Coke Florida management
Regularly raises team and individual performance standards; is supportive of and drives implementation of innovative ideas that promote efficiency and effectiveness
Inspires team to elevated levels of achievement through positive reinforcement and persuasive messages
Ensure compliance to company and regulatory policies
Builds strong internal, cross-functional relationships with site Management for effective collaboration and knowledge transfer
Advises site leadership on Inventory Management and Inventory Control Best Practices
Supervise daily counts of full goods/raw materials
Supervise weekly counts of ancillary items.
Assist in reconciliation of inventory variances of full goods/raw materials/ancillary items.
Review/research status of Open Purchase Orders & Inter-branch Transfers.
Review SAP/BASIS Reconciliation.
Review/Report control failures to Plant Manager for immediate course correction.
Review/Reconcile daily production confirmations.
Review/Reconcile daily syrup usage reports.
Review daily product disposition reports.
Foster/Maintain open communication with sales/route settlement.
Review/Audit product movement within facilities, i.e., check out/in procedures, breakage write-off process, and product recover/destruction process.
Report on any short, dated product to local sales and Plant Manager.
Review Day Supply reports for out-of-stock risks and communicate to Centralized Planning.
Review Raw Material Orders/Delivery Schedule to ensure raw material supply meets production schedule demands.

For this role, you will need:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must have a minimum of 2 years warehouse/inventory experience.
Must have production and/or warehouse experience in an inventory environment; as a lead person or equivalent in a production and/or warehouse operation.
Must be proficient in all MS Office applications. Especially Excel
Strong interpersonal skills needed.
