The duties and responsibilities of a Senior Evaluation Specialist generally include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for new rigorous evaluations to support program and policy decisions.
Work with stakeholders to build organizational capacity for evaluation and evidence building.
Design and support evaluations to measure the impact of programs and policies.
Design and support evaluations to assess the implementation of programs and policies.
Identify statistical methods for identifying patterns in complex data.
Conduct summaries, syntheses, or critical reviews of social science research.
