Key Responsibilities:
Groom dogs (cats!) according to breed-specific styles.
Detangle, remove mats, and care for coats.
Check for parasites and skin conditions.
Perform nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal sac expression.
Brush teeth and ensure overall pet comfort.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Mobility to move between grooming areas and stand for extended periods.

Skills and Abilities:
Independent and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and flexibility to work as part of a team.

Compensation:
Commission-based pay ranging from 40% to 60% depending on experience.
