The salary for this position is $33,975.00 - $49,830.00 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Assists managers and supervisors by performing administrative activities and functions associated with scheduling, processing payroll, accounts payable, various reports preparation, attendance and wellness administration associated with office and personnel function in a Station operation office
Assists with daily communication, phones, emails, walk-in’s face-to-face, data entry
Help monitor sick related absences, extended leaves, or occupational injury related absences. Processes and corrects exceptions in Time & Attendance systems to accurately reflect payroll for frontline employees
Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, office forecasts, operations and performance
Performs personnel-related duties including filing, prepare shipment of files to Corporate office

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent
2+ years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software, specifically in Excel
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
Must be able to perform office related functions such as mail sorting and distribution of shipments weighing up to 50lbs
Must be able to perform physical tasks, such as standing, walking or carrying materials as needed
Ability to maintain composure in high volume/high pressure situations
Must be flexible and willing to work rotating shifts in a 24 hour/7 day a week operation including weekends, nights and holidays or fixed shifts
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Associate or bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Experience in tracking employee attendance and reporting
Previous airline experience
Ability to maintain composure in high volume/high pressure situations
Ability to learn various airline-specific computer programs
