Job Responsibilities:
The Process Improvement position is in the Global Product and Technology organization. The resulting enriched content can then enable enhanced automated governance and workflows for our customers. We currently have an opportunity for an Intern to work with our Commercial Operations team developing solutions for the InSight platform.
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost.
Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes.
May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements.

Functional Knowledge Skills & Competencies:

Education Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained by July 2025 or earlier
Pursuing a degree in MIS, BIS, Business or similar degree

Requirements:
Prior internship experience desired
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction

Technical Skill Qualifications/Preferred:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Familiarity with agile development

Professional Skill Qualifications/Preferred:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Great attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership experience
Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
