KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Moves &/or assists in movement of supplies, property & equipment, office furniture, resident beds, nightstands & other resident furniture.
Transfers records & files to records storage area.
Moves, sets up or erects materials & exhibits for special events.
Sets up Great Room &/or auditorium for programs, presentations & special events.
Operates equipment associated with moving & storage (e.g., forklift, backhoe, stake truck, dump truck, front end loader).
Performs miscellaneous tasks (e.g., assists maintenance repair workers in general maintenance & repair of facilities & equipment).
Performs grounds keeping activities (e.g., mows lawns, removes trash & leaves from grounds, removes snow & ice from parking areas, roads & walkways).
Performs work related documentation (e.g., completes work orders for movement of furniture & fixtures ensuring compliance with specific instructions on work order; works with inventory control to record furniture & equipment moving & storage; schedules trucks & other equipment for repairs).

Qualifications
Formal education in arithmetic which included addition, subtraction, multiplication & division & in reading, writing & speaking English; 3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in operation of truck & forklift; valid driver's license. In accordance with section 124.11 (B)(2) of revised code, Director Of Administrative Services has determined this classification to be unskilled labor class & therefore exempt from written examination.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
