Job Description

General Job Description KEP Electric, a subsidiary of IES Residential is currently seeking a Commercial Electrician to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a Commercial Electrician, you will service our clients' buildings as needed. You will respond to repair calls and make periodic visits for inspections and preventative maintenance. Your main priority as a Commercial Electrician is to make sure our clients' business is not interrupted by electricity problems. You will also install and repair electrical wiring and a variety of systems, using both power and hand tools to service facilities. Company vehicle and tablet provided. Our ideal applicant is already a journeyman electrician and has experience with conduit work. Min USD $17.00/Hr. Max USD $25.00/Hr. Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 2-4 Specific Qualifications Requirements:
Proven experience as a commercial electrician or similar role.
Valid electrician license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
Ability to use electrical and hand tools safely and effectively.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
