Full Time Positions
Monday thru Friday Day schedule

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Regional Director, performs related duties in the daily operation of the Information Governance - scanning and indexing department, always striving to meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of the customer’s employees in their request. Consistently works in an enthusiastic, positive, motivated, professional, detail and deadline-oriented manner, with an outgoing commitment to increasing customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Pick up incoming mail from the United States Postal Service.
2. Open and sort mail.
3. Prepare mail to be scanned into the document management/records system.
4. Scan documents to a Document Management System, quality-check, index, and note the location of documents as needed.
5. Using firm information governance and records software.
6. Complete all tasks assigned according to the deadline needed.
7. Handle all filing needs of customers.
8. Retrieve files when requested and present them for review.
9. Deliver outgoing USPS mail to the post office.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in moving, storing, and retrieving records and files as needed.
2. Assist with data analysis for multiple departments.
3. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Scanning documents or working with legal records is a plus.
3. Computer proficiency and data entry skills are required.
4. Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively.
5. Must be computer literate and have excellent keyboarding skills.
6. Work involves quality control and strong attention to detail.
7. Work involves varying degrees of standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
8. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
